Poster Presentation

  • Size should not exceed 40" (width) x 72" (height). 
  • Please bring your posters pre-printed. There will be no printing service by the University of Iowa.
  • Each presenter will be assigned a poster number that corresponds to the poster board. 
  • Posters can be posted on June 7 between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM or 4:20 PM to 4:30 PM in 110A/B at College of Pharmacy Building (CPB). 
  • There are two sessions for poster presentations:

           Odd numbers: Session 1 – 4:30-5:30 PM

           Even numbers: Session 2 – 5:30-6:30 PM

  • Each poster will be judged by one or two fellow PGSRM attendees. 
  • Presenters are expected to be present at their poster during evaluation. 

Oral Presentation

We will notify you via email of the selected oral presentations after screening the abstracts. 

 Presenters should submit their PowerPoint presentations to cop-pgsrm@uiowa.edu by May 30, 2024, 5:00 PM CST. 

  •  No late or repeated submissions will be accepted. 
  •  PowerPoint slide aspect ratio should be 16:9 (widescreen). 
  •  Presenters will be given eight minutes for the presentation, and two minutes for questions. The entire presentation, including Q&A, should not be more than 10 minutes. 
  •  Points will be deducted if the presentation time is over by more than two minutes. 
  •  The presentation sequence will be determined and announced prior to the conference. 
  •  There will be two to three judges per presentation.  
  •  Please let the Iowa-PGSRM Committee know in advance if you require help with the presentation.
