General Attendance

We ask that everyone fill out the general registration form. If you plan on presenting a poster and/or oral presentation, you will also fill out an additional registration survey under Abstract Submission tab.

Go to the Abstract submission page to see the Abstract requirements and submit it through our submission site. 

Registration

Follow the link below to register to attend PGSRM 2024. Each individual must be registered with the following info: university affiliation, name, email address, phone number, and dietary restrictions. Each attendee will need to be registered individually.

  • Photography will be taken throughout the conference and used for promotional purposes.

Registration Fees and deadlines

  • Early Registration

Fees - $120 for students, faculty/staff and industry 

Deadline: March 20 — April 25, 2024 

 

  • Late Registration

Fees - $150 for students, faculty/staff and industry 

Deadline: April 26 — May 27, 2024 

  • Hotel accommodations are NOT included in the registration fees. Please see the Resources page for details.
