Presentations from all disciplines of Pharmaceutics are welcome. Please follow all guidelines mentioned below before uploading the abstract. Please remember to also fill out the general registration form.

Abstract Submission guidelines

 

  • Abstract Header Formatting Template: 

Title of Poster/Oral Presentation

Presenting author’s full name, Additional author’s full names, and Principal investigator’s full name

Author’s Affiliation

  • Abstract should be single-spaced, size 12, Times New Roman font and not more than 250 words.

IMPORTANT FORMATTING NOTES:

    Title:

  •  Bold 
  •  Capitalize the first letter of each word (title case)

  •  Centered paragraph

     

   Authors:

  • Please use this format for names: First MI. Last (eg. John J. Smith)

  • Underline the name of the person presenting. 

     

   Affiliation:  

  • Institution, University in italic (eg. College of Pharmacy, University of Iowa)

  • Link the author to affiliation using superscript numbered citations (eg. John J. Smith1)

     

   Figure (optional):

  • You may use any type of figure that you are able to insert into this document
  • The abstract paragraph + figure may not exceed one page
  • Center the figure below the abstract paragraph

   Note: The conference will include a total of 10 oral presentations from graduate students. The abstracts for oral presentations will be screened due to limited number of spots and selected oral presentations will be notified in the month of May.
